Please Note
Our office is closed between 12.30pm and 3.30pm daily. You are welcome to check in before or after this time (the office is open up til 8pm but if you want a late check in this is also possible, just let us know when you book).
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to come and stay on the dates you book then please let us know at least 24hrs prior and there is no cancellation fee.If you don't let us know 24hrs prior OR just don't show up then you will be charged for the full amount of the first night booked. We will just deduct this from your credit card.
If you have prepaid one night's accommodation as a deposit, you will lose this if you do not cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your arrival date.
