Cards may be purchased for $45 at our hostel (this includes a $20 phone card). There are over 350 hostels around NZ who are members of BBH. To purchase a BBH card before you come to NZ please do so online at www.bbh.co.nz

  • Xmas/NY : We take a minimum of 2 night bookings at these times.
  • Prices are valid up to October 2010.
  • Our office is closed between 1pm and 3pm daily. You are welcome to check in before or after this time (the office is open up til 9pm but if you want a late check in this is possible - just ask).

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to come and stay on the dates you book then please let us know at least 24hrs prior and there is no cancellation fee.

If you don't let us know 24hrs prior OR just don't show up then you will be charged for the full amount of the first night booked. We will just deduct this from your credit card.

If the reservation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date but you cancel before 2pm on the arrival date then there will be no cancellation fee. If it is after 2pm then we will try to refill the bed but if we can't then you will be charged the full amount for that night.

If you have prepaid one night's accommodation as a deposit, you will lose this if you do not cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your arrival date.
